Mission :

1.Focus on experiment including: performance of component evaluations including SEM(Scanning Electron Microscopy),EDS(Energy Dispersive X-Ray Spectroscopy),FTIR(Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy) ,Cross section,x-ray for non- metal,etc.
?
2.Focus on document setting up and manangent in QL Tianjin: including daily tracking report, experiment list,laboratory certification(16949,etc.),etc.

Job Description
?
1.Participate in the development and setup of materials / components laboratory including lab equipment, equipment maintenance schedules, lab processes and procedures, EHS, and quality management.
?
2.Collect and review additional testing discipline requests from all major China locations (focus Changchun, Wuhu, Shanghai).
?
3.Perform materials analysis in accordance with Continental processes and specifications
?
4.Documentation per QL standards (test request, test report)
?
5.Process benchmark with WW QL analysis laboratories
?
6.Laboratory system development
?
7.Support production FA Timely / Support production FA with a reasonable cycle time
?
8. Spare parts management 、PM/Calibration 、New tooling/Equipment purchase/set up
?
9.ESH accident
?
10. Document setting up and manangent in QL Tianjin: including daily tracking report, experiment list,etc.
?
11Commission, review and analyze external lab reports and provide input on results
?
12.Actively support localization approaches (e.g. test project transfer, local equipment sourcing, etc.)
?
13.QL analysis responsibility and implementation in PLC deliverables and activities

經(jīng)驗要求：5-7年相關(guān)經(jīng)驗為優(yōu)。一定要是化學(xué)或材料學(xué)專(zhuān)業(yè)畢業(yè)的，211,985院校優(yōu)先。 英語(yǔ)必須可以作為工作語(yǔ)言。

任職資格：

1.Master's Degree preferred in Materials Science/Engineering

2.Minimum 6years experience in materials analysis, failure and damage analysis

3.Knowledge in one of the following fields: organic chemistry, corrosion, technical cleanliness

4.5 years of professional experience in the field of a materials laboratory with focus on plastics / polymers analysis
?
5.experience in structured and professional analysis methodology
?
6.Work experience in intercultural teams preferred
