工作職責：

負責數字資產(chǎn)衍生產(chǎn)品團隊的構建，金融衍生品產(chǎn)品的規劃，設計和戰略規劃。

負責數字資產(chǎn)衍生品風(fēng)險團隊的構建，數字資產(chǎn)衍生品的衡量，監控，管理和對沖等金融產(chǎn)品風(fēng)險和操作風(fēng)險。

協(xié)調市場(chǎng)部，研究部和交易部門(mén)，匯報給總裁
?
?Build and lead product team focusing specifically on digital asset financial derivatives
?
?Work with other team leads on product planning, design and strategy
?
?Build and manage risk management team on digital asset trading.
?
?Design and monitor risk management strategies, monitor and manage the company's financial and operational risks.
?
?Work closely with marketing/researching/trading departments to achieve the company's goal

任職資格：
?
碩士以上，5年以上工作經(jīng)驗
?
在大型金融機構衍生品部門(mén)工作過(guò)， 有金融衍生品產(chǎn)品設計和風(fēng)險管理經(jīng)驗，
?
在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)、區塊鏈、數字資產(chǎn)相關(guān)領(lǐng)域有從業(yè)經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先
?
CFA/FRM證書(shū)者優(yōu)先
?
中、英文聽(tīng)說(shuō)讀寫(xiě)流利者優(yōu)先
?
?Master degree and above, 5+ years' related experience
?
?Working experience in financial derivatives product in large financial institution with product design and/or risk management skills
?
?Preferred to have IT, Internet , blockchain or digital asset exposure.
?
?Preferred to have CFA/FRM certificate
?
?Fluent in English reading
